FAQ's:
1) What is Streaming?
ANS: Streaming is the process of playing a movie/mp3 instantenously without needing to download it and saving it into your harddisk. Like watching TV. ;)
2) What do we need to watch the movie?
ANS: Internet Explorer 5.5+ and Windows Media Player 8 or 9.
3) Why is the video feed crappy and blured?
ANS: I converted it using Windows Media Player 8 Codec @ 56kbps streaming speed, this will make the file size smaller but will sacrifice video quality. Why did I do this? Its Because most of us are using prepaid internets and it will take us years to stream this file if I converted it using a higher streaming rate. If you want a more clearer copy and you're using DSL as your connection, you can choose 394K Streaming rate. Or if you're on DIAL-UP but want to see the movie as clear as possible, just download the movie.
4) Why cant i see the movie?
ANS: Your computer may not be installed with the proper CODECS or you may be using Mozilla Firefox or other unsupported browsers.
5) I dont wanna stream the movie, I wanna download it so I will have a copy, How can I dowload it?
ANS: Click on "DOWNLOAD NOW!" It will be on a zip file so you need WinZip or other unzipping programs. Click Here to download WinZip
6) Where can i download the neccessary codec to watch the movie?
ANS: You can go to www.microsoft.com and go to Windows Media Player section and download the latest version of Windows Media Player or You can get the CODEC Here --> http://democrats.coretechnique.com/downloads/exe/wmp9codec.exe.
7) Why did you split the files in so many pieces? and why is it that the stream has no fast forward/rewind?
ANS: I split the files because most of us are using dial-up and also because when you stream a video, you cant fast forward or rewind. You dont wanna wait 30 minutes just to watch your favorite part of the movie, dont you? :)
